Our policy is to quote assessments for closing in writing. A copy of the deed to be recorded or the recorded deed is required to be sent with the closing request or closing check. Thank you.
Please download the following quote form, keeping a copy for your future use, and complete the first two sections.
Then, fax it to us at 919-532-0421. The assessments will be calculated and faxed back to the number you provide.
Effective January 1, 2012, Talis will charge a $60 certification fee to quote assessments. This is generally a seller's expense, as we are certifying the status of the seller's account at the time of closing. Additional processing fees may apply.

Lender Questionnaire Information
